First set of glasses had incorrect prescription. The prescription. Was done by the rep that cam on sight. I apparently waited to long due to circumstances beyond my control to have them replaced. I had to have a new pair bought with a prescription from my eye doctor.

The woman that did my exam was wonderful. She helped me with my order and explained why the online website rejected my first order. It took less than two weeks to get my glasses and the prescription was perfect. Plus they looked good.
