Ordered my glasses
Ordered my glasses. Get an email with the silliest of requirements to upload a picture of my face. Eventually complied and uploaded a photo two weeks ago. Just getting confirmation that this order has been shipped today.

Hello Joshua, We appreciate you sharing your experience. We do need a clear photo with no glasses looking straight into the camera. This is for digital measuring purposes to ensure accuracy. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Glasses do take 10-14 days to manufacture and deliver from the time they are processed. We apologize for not being clear on the delivery times. Order was placed on 4/30/2026. No email information was sent for the delayed, until I followed up with your representative visit on 6/3/2026. Your safety glasses order number is: 1589740. The statement below was received without ETA, to guide us when to follow up incase of delayed/ wrong order, etc.: "Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information. -Team Eyelation®"

Excellent customer service
Mary Stevens is very friendly. She explained what was going on as she was doing it that put me at ease during the appointment. She told me what to expect after the appointment was over with the emails and when my glasses would arrive.
