Your Rep. was very knowledgeable and courteous. A little more frame variety and a mirror to see ourselves while trying out the different frames would help.

The customer service has not been responsive, and it has been very frustrating trying to get help. I need to return my glasses because they do not fit properly, but I have not been getting the support I need to resolve the issue. I expected better communication and a smoother return process.
