Hello James, Thank you for your reply. When you ordered online it was for a single vision lens. Your prescription does have an add power for a progressive. However, when a single vision lens is ordered, that is what is processed . Your current order is processed as a progressive. Hello Leonel, Thank you for your comment. Your order placed on 09/26 was shipped on 10/12 and delivered on 10/16. Normal delivery time is 10-14 business days. The frames and lenses are standard safety products authorized by your company. Basic lenses are covered by your company. You did order digital lenses and transitions which are only partially covered. Thank you for your honest feedback! We apologize for not meeting your expectations regarding our product pricing. Our pricing is based on a combination of factors, and we strive to provide competitive costs that are equal to or better than those of other retailers. During your assessment we do read your old glasses or look at your old Rx. Just like they do when you go to your doctor's office. It helps in diagnosing the correct prescription.
