My frames were shipped out quickly and they are exactly what I ordered. I am very happy with my purchase and I got my frames within one week. Will definitely order from them again!

After my initial glasses order, I ordered computer glasses, which included an offer for free lenses for a spare pair if I sent in an old frame. The frame I sent had a nosepad missing. I asked them to repair it and add the charge to my bill. They replaced both nosepads and charged nothing, just the $5 shipping charge. I find this company to be straightforward, informative, and cost-effective.

I paid $120 for eyeglass frames and they were lightweight, cheap junk. I expect something better for what I paid. They were HoT Kiss. I do not recommend frames by this brand.

The lenses are the best that I have had in quite some time. The Varilux lenses are so clear, and the easiest to get used to!

They arrived crooked. I had to bring them to eyeglass stores twice to get them adjusted correctly. They are very heavy and slide down my nose immediately after pushing them back up. I had to order some eyeglass nose pads to help them stay up. Other than that I like the look of them but not crazy about them.

Great quality product. Always happy with the merchandise. Trying to speak with a human or even get them to respond on their website chat board is next to impossible. Plus, they email discount offers, but when you try to use them it doesn’t work. For a company with such good product, it is a shame their customer service is pitiful.
