Excellent service!

I had 2 out of 3 frames that were defective. I called to let them know asap and followed up with an email. No response. Then I left another message. I wanted to talk with someone but the customer service is non existent. I will return all of my frames and I resent now having to pay for return shipping because my order was defective and customer service ignored me completely. I would not recommend them.

Good and fast delivery I would definitely buy again

I had a pair of designer frames but my eye doctor changed me from single-vision to bifocals, so I entered my new information into the Eyeglasses.com website after setting up my account, chose the no-line progressive lenses I wanted, mailed my frames in & within 2 weeks I had my glasses back. I'm so happy because I LOVE these frames! Fantastic service!

I bought my eyeglasses and lenses at Eyeglasses.com and they turned out perfect. I saved myself some money too.

Good price on my lens replacement. I paid my Varilux Comfort lens about same price for the progressive lens I got from a local store. I could tell the difference when I wore new glasses.

In all honestly I have been waiting for 3 weeks now for my glasses, but I do have to say that there have been regular email follow-ups with the status of my glasses sent. The one time I did reach out via email for info, someone got back to me within the hour. I can't speak on the quality of the glasses yet, but I'm hoping for the best. I understand wanting to receive what you paid for asap, especially when you paid the extra for faster shipping. But also, sometimes a little patience goes a long way as well.

I found these glasses after going to the optical office near me. The office had my frames priced at $600.00 , I was able to buy the same extract frames for $347.
