Good idea, poor execution
Paid for overnight shipping on my glasses. Which makes it seem as though you will receive them the next day, as there is nothing stating otherwise. But it takes another 3-4 days to process and then after the glasses sit in purgatory another day...then when they finally ship its one day. but its a very subjective time frame. Which isn't explained. So save your money, the prices aren't that great. Go to walmart or some other vision place and get them in two days. And you get to try on the frames in the store and actually see what you get. They're virtual eyeglass software doesn't work on a lot of glasses and really looks ridiculous.

I have reviewed your order and you actually received UPS NEXT DAY shipping for FREE from New England to the West Coast, which is very costly to our company. Your order was not delayed, as frames and lenses do take 3-4 business days to process, your was actually processed quicker. The e-mail confirmation you received within seconds of placing the order does outline this timing in large orange print. As did the lab update you received the next day. Our goal is never to be the least expensive, we could never match the volume and discounts of Wal-marts and Costcos that receive HUGE volumn discounts. Our goal is to provide a high-quality product, lenses that are produced in the U.S. and great customer service. Again, we are sorry if we did not meet your expectations. We hope you will give us another try and take a moment to upgrade your rating, as our staff works very hard on every order.
