My daughter is an ophthalmology resident. She told me to do order my eyeglasses online. I'm very satisfied with my new eyeglasses. I did my homework in terms of downloading my prescription and a picture of myself to try differentt frame sizes and styles. Also, if you are going to pay at an Optic for progressive and transitions eyeglasses, it will be more expensive for sure. Now I'm going to send my old eyeglasses for new lenses!!

I was a little skeptical going in, but I was able to order the frames I wanted and lenses I needed and received them in about two weeks. It would be nice if the virtual try on deal was on all frames, but I was able to find similar frames to the ones I wanted to check and make sure I liked the look. It was easy, great selection and better prices on the frames than I would have paid in a store with much less selection. Lenses cost about the same, but you don't have to deal with someone trying to upsell lenses you don't need. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience.

I made an order of some higher end glasses. The glasses were correct in every way, the darkening of the lens in sunlight, the style (Round), the cable ends, progressiveness of the lens, the fit of the glasses themselves was right on. This company (Eyeglasses.com) made them right the first time, the frames were stylish and not flimsy, just as I had ordered. Eyeglasses.com notified me when they started the building process, when they were to be sent and when to expect delivery. When I received them and put them on, they were right. Straight forward company, You will not be dissatisfied by this company.

Your website show everything a customer needs to know. But taking more than 5 days to actually process an item, and no information available online is really poor customer service. After 10 days of purchasing the item I was able to receive the shipping information and tracking number. I have to actually call you to get this information. Your free shipping offer does not appeal to me. I regret not paying an international courier for delivery and speed the process. 19 days from purchase and still waiting for the item...
