I ordered eyewear for which receipt was very time sensitive. I chose Eyeglasses.com because they had the fastest shipping turnaround. After a week, I called to find out the status of my order and was told that lab time could be up to a week (even though I ordered a monocle that was not prescription) and that my order would ship by the end of the week. Immediately after hanging up, I got an auto-email confirming my order...which implies that my order wasn't even being processed prior to my call! My order also did not ship by the end of the week, it shipped the following week and I still am awaiting delivery. As a result, I missed the timeline I needed the product for. In short...you overpromised and underdelivered. I'm not particularly happy...

Decided to give Eyeglasses.com a try, because they have the option for you to send them frames to be fitted with your prescription lens. Besides Lineless Progressive lens; my order included the Sunsensitive Transitions feature - the lens darken quickly and it's just like wearing regular dark sunglasses. Overall - very pleased.

Bad service.

Love the glasses and the price! The only disappointing part, in an Amazon world, was it arrived fairly slowly even with expedited shipping. The quality and style is great. Would definitely purchase from them again.
