Took forever to get my money back on items that were never shipped in the first place due to them being discontinued/out of stock items. I had to call customer service for a representative to reverse these charges on TWO separate orders, and it still took forever. As of writing this, I still haven't received my first shipment of in stock items because they are "being shipped from Italy." The glasses supposedly still haven't arrived to Eyeglasses.com's shipping center. Are they being shipped by boat? Why does it take almost a month? Also, the items that I did receive were just jammed in the eyeglasses case. It's like someone crumpled up the cleaning cloth, threw the actual frames in a plastic bag, and then shoved them in the glasses case. I will never order another thing from this company, and I will be sure to tell everyone I know never to order from them as well. Very unprofessional company.

They have more Styles of Eyeglass Frames than I've ever seen. You can't Buy Frames at a regular Eye Dr. Just keep contacting them. Because Your will be Worth it. Thank, Roger

I’ve called 6 times, left 4 Voicemail messages and emailed the help@ and info@ three times each. I haven’t received the glasses and I haven’t had a single response to any of my communications

I ordered some frames to try on. They came very promptly. I had to return the frames, as they did not work for me. I was able to do the return with no questions asked and got a full money return. I would use your company again in the future and will recommend you to others.

I generally had a good experience shopping. The only problem I had is being unable to try on the spectacles using my portrait even though I could seemy portrait loaded onto the page. Fortunately the glasses fit and looks well.
