Dolomiti small round

Terrible CSR Behavior
There were several discrepancies between the online confirmation and tracking, and the telephone customer service regarding my deliveries. I also used the online "chat" option, but answers or replies were not forthcoming. The (two) customer service representatives I reached, after considerable hold time were argumentative and combative. Their attitudes suggested that product fulfillment has a history of difficulty. Nonetheless, it should NEVER be reflected in their dialogue with customers. Both of them seemed to place blame on me, the customer, and defend whatever ambiguities and deficiencies committed by Eyeglasses.com.

wrong size 2 times
We bought a frame from Chile. The product arrived but the wrong size. We could only try to contact them by email but they did not respond to any. ------ For the second time they sent me the wrong size and they charged me more than US $ 245 in the understanding that there would be no cost. It is frustrating.
