Service was excellent. My glasses were delivered at my home within the time-frame promised. Email and tracking information kept me informed at each step. Unfortunately, the left lens was the wrong prescription. I took the glasses back to the store from which they were purchased. I was promised a new pair on a specific date. Again, the company provided email and tracking information. Most importantly, the product arrived as promised and with no additional expense on my part. I would buy from Eyeglasses.com again.

ordered 4 frames to try. Days later later notified 1 was unavailable.( Was not listed on web site as such.) I tried to contact them to ask for a different 4th frame but got no response. ( had e-mailed & left voice-mail.) I had been under impression that they covered return postage; I paid for one of the 3 but had to pay postage for return of the other 2. Only good thing is they do offer try-on frames.

SENT ME THE WRONG GLASSES, THEN KEPT THE CLOTH & EXTRA LENSES THEY 1ST SENT ME, VERY POOR, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & NO DISCOUNT FOR MAKING ME WAIT WEEKS!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER DEAL WITH THEM!!! TRY TO CALL THEM, YOU NEVER GET THROUGH TO S PERSON, THEY ALWAYS SAY "CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS NOT AVAILABLE" AND THIS WAS WITH CALLING ALL DIFFERENT TIMES OF THE DAY!!!
