easy to use website and good glasses

I had accidentally dropped my glasses and scratched my Verilux lenses that I had purchased 18 months previously from Lens Crafters using my Viison Insurance which I don’t have anymore. I received a price from Lens Crafters to replace that was close to $700. I explored On Line options and found Eye Glasses.com that provided a quote for the same Verlux lenses and protective coating at 2/3 of the Lens Crafter cost. I was hesitant at first, not sure they would actually use Verlux lenses, but after speaking with Eye Glasses.com and reading the reviews, I decided to give them a try. They arrived last week and could not be more pleased. I had the lenses checked to make sure they were Verlux and all checked out. I highly recommend Eye Glasses.com, and would most definitely use again. The turn around time after receiving my prescription was fast, and the quality as well as cost cannot be better.

customer service guy at times wasn't very friendly. At times raised his voice.

I was able to find a replacement frame that matched my old glasses perfectly. These were discontinued by the manufacturer and impossible to find in other places. eyeglasses.com showed them in stock. I was nervous to see if I actually received the right frame. I was very happy to see that I did get the correct frame. The order was processed quickly. Well within the time that they promised. The delivery came a few days later.

The exact copy of the frames I broke for a great price. Switched in the lenses and good to go!

Had to return glasses due to an error in reading my parscription. I had to pay for return postage. Turnaround was good and the glasses are fine now.
