I love everything about Eyeglasses.com. I have a small face, so most frames are too big for me. Shopping for prescription eyeglasses in retail stores is always frustrating because the selection is so limited. But on Eyeglasses.com I always find plenty of options and their search feature makes it easy to narrow down those choices. I love how the website clearly explains everything anyone needs to know about how to order the right frames and lenses. The customer service at Eyeglasses.com is superb. Everyone I have spoken to is friendly and knowledgeable. They are detail-oriented and inspire confidence when you call to place an order, follow up on an existing one or have any sort of problem. I have made the mistake of using other online companies in the past. Those sites may offer frames at lower prices but their customer service and return policies pale in comparison to Eyeglasses.com. And I would not trust any other online company to do my lenses. I will definitely do business with this fine company again and have recommended them to others.

Customer service is nonexistent. Meaning, they don't answer the phone. They don't return calls if you left a message. They don't respond to emails. So when I say nonexistent, I mean it. They're listing products they can't get. Half of my order was cancelled. Receiving the order took MUCH longer than expected. Their web site is a bit misleading. You would think based on their web site that they include a return shipping label. They do not. You have to pay for return shipping for the frames you don't want to keep. Not at all impressed with this place.

Excellent selection of frame colors and styles, I recently had to interact with customer service, the experience was, friendly and my problem was resolved quickly and knowledgeably. I am very pleased with both the quality of the customer service I received and the frames I purchased.

The absolute best glasses that I've worn in 20 years..... I was told 2 week delivery but they were delivered in 8 days Awesome service.... Thank you Bob

Lenses are cloudy and don't seem to match my prescription. There is a lot of glare on lenses, as well. I feel I need to return them to have them made right. Modo frames are fantastic.

Absolutely the worst customer service. 2 Weeks after placing the order, we were told they would make the lens but the lenses were on backorder. Waited another 2 weeks, emailed and received an email that we would get a loaner. We responded 2x accepting the loaner. Had to call and they still never started the process, operator was short and would not offer why my acceptance emails were not addressed. It's now a more than a week after we called and still no loaner. Emailed again 2x and no response.
