Prompt and personable service!
I called late in the day on Wednesday before Thanksgiving 2018 and talked with Rosemary in Connecticut, who was efficient and personable. Five business days later, I had my frames in hand. My optician asked where I got the frames and then for how much. Her response was, "Wow, you got a great deal!" Enough said?

Delivered... As Promised!
I ordered three pairs of eyeglasses, and only one pair fit; I returned the two remaining pairs and I saw that I was credited back the money relatively quickly. I also appreciate the fact that they carry Shuron, one of the few American-made brands on the market, who offer unique and classic designs that are really special. My glasses were delivered very quickly…
My glasses were delivered very quickly and were absolutely perfect. When I placed my order there was a coupon used and I noticed during processing that it had not been applied. One quick email to Alicia, the person I was working with for my PD measurement, and it was corrected within literally 2 minutes. Definitely at the top of the best customer service experience that I have ever had.

AVOID THIS SITE
Four months to ship a $450 pair of glasses. That is INSANE. That's 1/3 of the time my prescription is even good for! Multiple issues with communication on my order, with rude representatives giving me conflicting information on item availability, shipping time, and general time frame (e.g. 2 months of communication to figure out the manufacturer no longer produced the color frame I wanted, flip-flopping information between 3 calls). I've been patient, I didn't call a million times or call repeatedly, but times I did I was made for feel like I was asking them rep for the first born just trying to figure out if they had the color black…
