I have been wearing glasses for over 30 years and always purchased from a B&M store. Additionally, I've always had to go back to the store multiple times for corrective action or have new lenses made due to the store's error. This is the first time I've ordered lenses online. I was skeptical about the process. I received my new lenses in the old frames in approximately 10 days. When I tried on the glasses I was truly amazed because this was the very first time the glasses were 100% perfect. I am a believer. During the waiting period, Eyeglasses.com had sent me multiple emails informing / confirming the receipt of the package I had sent plus numerous emails detailing the status of my order. The final email confirmed the ship date along with a UPS tracking number so I know exactly when to expect my glasses to arrive. Would I ever use Eyeglasses.com again? You bet I would without hesitation. I am very pleased.

Ordered frames. They didn’t fit right. Returned them and received a complete credit in an almost Amazoneske way. Very good communication. Will do business again.

I broke my frames myself, looked them up online, found them, placed the order with this company, and had them 4 business days later as promised. My lenses fit perfectly, and I am very pleased!

Love my new frames!! My only complaint is that they took quite awhile to get here.

Frames are just what I had hoped. Excellent website, well set out with all the information you need to make a choice. Parcel arrived quickly after order placed. I was a bit nervous ordering frames online, now I will definitely use this company again.

While eyeglasses.com is less expensive than going to a brick and mortar location, the overall customer experience was unacceptable. My glasses took 2 months to process and there was only 1 email communication from eyeglasses.com to me during that time. The rest of the time I had to continue to follow up to see where things stood. I sent multiple emails to the customer service email address and got nothing back. The explanation given to my by customer service was that "they must have gotten lost." In addition, Customer Service can only be reached by phone between 9am-5pm M-F -- and even then the wait times are long and you can't always reach someone -- all of which is outrageous for a company that wants to be online only. I'm not sure how this company can still be in business.
