Without question the service is reliable and timely. After ordering my second pair of lenses in less than six month the quality service remained excellent. If you are looking for quality lenses at a reasonable price this is the way to SEE.

Absolutely love my glasses. Process to order was easy. Loved the unique Prada glasses. And the lens are spot on my prescription.

Overall thoughts: Eyeglasses.com took a month to sell me an unusable product and they are OK with that because their refund policy means they will still make money off of me. Do not use. My experience: Eyeglasses I received were delayed a week due to customer service failing to process my pupilary distance despite sending 3 e-mails regarding it. Then glasses received were completely unusable and had to be returned because the lens were cut incorrectly. There was an extreme coke-bottling effect and looking anywhere other than directly through the center of the lens was nauseating. The entire process has now taken over a month without resolution. *Update: I have since returned the faulty lenses. Eyeglasses.com reviewed them without any input from me on what the issue was, then returned them to me with a canned response saying that they were cut to prescription. I called customer service to receive a refund and was offered their standard 50% for lenses refund and was sent to voicemail as soon as I complained about it. This means that I am basically going to pay them $100+ for the month of frustration they caused me. Awful business practice and a terrible experience.

I have used them a number of times and have always been pleased with the quality and speed.
