Excellent price and timely receipt of the frames. Exactly what I was expecting.

I received lenses put into my frames on July 3rd. They were not made to my requested tint darkness. I paid shipping back to eyeglasses.com and was assured this issue would be resolved. I received my glasses again on July 30th. They are the SAME EXACT TINT. They have not been darkened as promised. I have pictures to prove it.

Glasses are perfect replacement for the ones I lost on vacation. Make sure you have your Pupillary Distance (PD) as it may not be printed on your prescription. I had to contact the place that performed my eye exam to get the PDas instructed by eyeglasses.com. Also they wer the only ones who carried my specific frame manufacturer. The price was less than I paidn for the original pair that I purchased from the optical dispensary with an insurance plan. Perfect Replacement!!!

Glasses came in a timely manner. They fit perfectly and are very comfortable. Look good too.

I believe it's pair five for us. I am totally satisfied with the finished product of their prescription lab. Every pair has been spot on. Keep up the professionalism.

Great glasses

One pair that I ordered was to be shipped separately but after a week, when I called, I was told that it was no longer available. As it turns out, I ordered another pair, which I am keeping. But, it delayed my getting new glasses. Another pair that I ordered turned out to be full rim and I wanted half rim. The picture looked like they were not half rim so I went to the written description which stated that they were half rims. The people whom I spoke to were quite helpful, but I am annoyed by the snafus. Also, for one of my orders, it was not placed in the system to have emails sent to me with regard to my order. When I called, they confirmed that somehow, my order had not been entered into the communication portal. Enough said.
