The prescription sunglasses were very stretched out. They kept falling off my face to my lap or the ground. I had to pay another eyeglass shop to heat them up and bring the earpieces back together. I could have gotten a better deal at my regular optimist office. I am a little disappointed. Sorry.

I only ordered frames (not lenses) for two glasses to try on at home. Only one was sent (after more than two weeks), and it's been more than a week, and the second pair still has not been sent out.

Absolutely terrible. I sent my glasses in to have new lenses and when I got them back, there is something quite wrong with them. For lack of a better word, they feel warped and they don't feel like they've been filled properly. I had the exact same frame (different color) filled at a regular eye glass place and I can tell that something is wrong with what eyeglasses.com did. Further, nobody answers their customer service telephone. All day long you get a message "customer service is not available." If you think you are going to save money using eyeglasses.com, think again. I now have to pay a second time to get my lenses re-done - properly.
