Customer support (by telephone) was very good. Lens replacement for my sunglasses was well done. Also, a cable temple on a previous order broke and they promptly allowed for a replacement.

Glasses were out of focus and had to be returned. Time to make was acceptable.

Frames are great but arrived later than I expected. The expedited shipping was from the date of shipping which was several days from when I ordered.

As always, an easy experience. Great service, great glasses, fair price. I can find glasses that I can’t find anywhere else. The most difficult part is obtaining a correct PD. I am nervous it isn’t correct.

I've been a long-term customer of Eyeglasses.com and referred many people to them over the years. Unfortunately, when I ordered a replacement pair recently they failed to alert me that my Rx wasn't received after I submitted my prescription within minutes of placing my order. Then, instead of apologizing or offering to expedite delivery, another week passed by before I rec'd my order. They used to run a much tighter ship.

I haven't received confirmation on my Oct. 15 email to you regarding the return of a set of frames. My tracking number shows USPS delivered the frames Oct. 10. Today is Oct. 21. Have you received them? When will you issue a refund?

I have been wearing the same silver frames for over ten years, this is the first time I ordered them online. They came promptly and were safely packaged. I took them to my doctor and they are being fitted with my preferred lenses. If you like an "old fashion" rimless style you will find these to be perfect design, particularly if you have white hair.
