I paid for glasses returned them told them to keep the money and glasses it seems to them money is more important than one health and well being they win oh well that's fair right

Looked everywhere for my Betsy Johnson frames! Online and in stores. You were the only place that had the exact pair I wanted! Lenses were made perfectly! I ended up buying three pairs! I am one happy customer!

The frame I ordered was on back order…
The frame I ordered was on back order and I didn’t know until days after I placed my order. This is something that should be disclosed prior to paying for the frame. Also, I think the prices are too high.

I ordered one month ago and my glasses…
I ordered one month ago and my glasses are still not shipped. I have contacted customer service several times and no response. They have canceled my order but I have not got my money back.

Took three weeks for delivery/Paid for Shipping
Took three weeks for delivery. That was after i had to send a nasty gram about the delay in shipping. Received two of the three "tryiton" pairs. Neither fit which is not unusual for my melon head. Having to pay shipping to return them is what really angered me off. I paid 10 dollars to try on glasses. Called customer service to verify i had to pay shipping and was told it was okay for me to pay for shipping since i got to try on the glasses in the privacy of my own home. These are glasses not underwear? SMH. Bad policy should have read the fine print. Lesson learned. Do Not buy from these people.
