I found a hard to find drop down reading glass frame and the staff seemed knowledgeable to answer some questions.

I ordered three pairs of glasses. 2 pair I've never received because I dont have a prescription and they wont refund my money because I havent completed a form. I've explained several times I dont have access to print and scan. Third pair was shipped to the wrong address, and wont refund my money. They offered replacement frames but no longer carry the glasses I want, so I'm out $1,000 DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE ITS A RIP OFF

i keep calling and a voice keeps answering the , thank you for call ing is it on line or store . but the voice keeps answering we are not available at this time. You do not state when customer service would be available. i have tried to contact customer service , no response. i have tried to get in contact with you over and over, to find out about my order. i don't know what else to do, to get your attention. i used to be able to contact you and had good customer service. my phone # is 713-4985-828. A bit pricey but darn good lenses !!! The frames belonged to my Grandmother, I had them refurbed and with the new lenses I am thrilled. Thank you for great service

I did a face-plant on the ice. Not a good thing for lenses or the bridge of my nose. Somehow, the Sferoflex frames were unscathed, so I sent them back for new lenses. The service was fast, my favorite glasses are now updated to the latest prescription, and winter is almost gone.
