Going above and beyond
I greatly appreciated the excellent service, especially during the Connecticut lockdown. Lisa in Westport took my call and provided me with curb service to replace a desperately needed pair of glasses. As soon as they were ready, she delivered them via overnight mail to my home! Thank you for the extremely professional and responsive customer service.

BUYERS BEWARE
BUYERS BEWARE! Very poor customer service. I paid $159.80 for replacement lenses that did not work for me. The reading portion of my progressive lenses was set too high so I had to tilt my head way down to see distance. This was the second attempt by eyeglasses.com at making new lenses for my existing supplied frame. I don't know what was wrong with the first pair they made for me but I could not see at all. After returning them Lisa in customer service admitted it was their error and apologized. I guess they counted this botched first attempt as my one time redo because when I received the second set with the progression set too high I was not give the opportunity to have them redone. Instead my frames and original lenses were retuned to me along with an invoice showing a full refund of $159.80 due but I was only credited $71.95. So I ended up spending $87.95, was without my frames for 2 months and received nothing in return except grief. Numerous attempts to contact eyeglasses.com proved futile so I finally gave up.

Experience was perfect
Experience was perfect. An error was found in my write up - with one called the service specialist helped me get it right. Glasses came in and I didn’t have to make any adjustment. Very pleased with the process..
