The transition lenses do not get dark unless they’re in direct sunlight. Your representative advised me, that there are no such transition lenses out there that turn if they’re not in direct sunlight. I tried to explain to him this is not true. that I have a pair that turn when I am not in direct sunlight. My last two pair have a transition lens that will turn in the car without being in direct sunlight. that’s what I thought I was buying for $90 some. The gentleman insisted that I did not mention this in the phone call that we had when I added it to my existing order. But I did I said that I want the kind that turns in the car not just in the sun, he said if I would have said that he would’ve suggested I not get it because it doesn’t do that. Your representative continued to tell me I was wrong. He has been in the business for 40 years. He knows better! Here I thought I was the customer. The only reason why I went to your company is because I like the frame with no Hinges the company that I have been buying my glasses from do not offer this frame. Otherwise I would’ve stayed with them. You need to work on your Customer Service people. And I hope that our conversation was recorded when he called to verify the color that I wanted in my transition lenses. After this, I will never recommend your company to anyone. Thank you.

Good contact and service. Reasonable price. I ordered rimless glasses without hinges. I received glasses with hinges. They apologized and I was able to return the product.

Not only was a quick simple phone call all that was necessary to order my glass lens eyeglasses but the owner himself was pleasant, interesting, knowledgeable and a genuinely good conversationalist.

You can't beat there prices. Over all the quality is good too. I recommend that you purchase a spare pair or two of eye glasses from this company.
