EyeglassdirectReviews of eyeglassdirect.com

I’ve used Eyeglassdirect for many years and they’ve already delivered great service and product for a fraction of what my optometrist would charge.

I have used Eyeglassdirect.com for years now and I am always pleased. Always good value for the money, fast turnaround, accurately fill prescriptions, take the time to answer questions and are definitely punching above their weight as far as quality, value, timeliness and great service.

I sent in previous glasses - 3 pair - that I had gotten from them and worn for years. I had new lenses put in. Everything went very smoothly. They look great and are like brand new. The representative who handled my order was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

I purchased Varilux lenses including blue light filter on 7/29/26. I received them three weeks later. It did not have blue light filter. I called and returned the lenses. They told me the lenses have defect; they have sent them back to the manufacturers and are waiting for new ones. Three weeks now since I returned them and every time I call, they can't tell me when I will have them back. Today they were NY rude.

Randy was very helpful with my return and reorder of another pair.

I had ordered an incorrect prescription, and they were very helpful in fixing the problem.

I got just what I needed at a great price. The customer service was fantastic.

I love my glasses and needed new prescription change. I am so addicted to my frameless glasses , I couldn't find the frames again so I had my lens replaced with my frame ,Wonderful job. Everything is perfect and was very easy to order and send frames on. I always have good results with this company. Thanks guys
