Easy Peazy!
Ordered my glasses online, spoke directly to a representative who helped me with my questions, mailed my frames and received my new prescription within 2 weeks. Glasses were perfect. I've been ordering my glasses from my eye doctors for about 7 years for triple the cost. I'll order from EyeGlassDirect.com from now on.

Rimless Glasses
I found this site as I was looking for rimless glasses and didn't want to pay $400 per pair. Glasses were delivered on-time and exactly as pictured on their website. I have ordered again this year as my prescription changed, and same excellent service and delivery as last year. Great glasses for a great price!

Better service than Zenni or EyeBuyDirect.
I bought my frames at another online company because I could not find what I wanted at Eyeglassdirect. Eyeglassdirect had no problem using these frames and provided excellent service. I had a special request to place the "segment height" of my bifocals to my liking. Eyeglassdirect called me immediately after I placed the order to verify what I wanted. Everything came out exactly as I wanted. Other online companies have lower prices, but less service. I am happy with Eyeglassdirect.

Happy customer
I sent in my frames and got my new transitional lenses a few days ago. They absolutely matched my old lenses aligned perfect for the reader part. Very happy hope I get a few years out of these lenses as the frames were very expensive and the local company who did the lense part were not able to help me after their lenses failed after 13 months. So for now very happy with the service and price. Thank you!
