I have bought 4 pairs of glasses from Eyeglassdirect. Fantastic service, Great product quality and they stand behind thier products. I bought a new pair of glasses and the grand kids got ahold of them. Now i needed another pair. So i was sending an old pair in to have the lens replaced with update prescription, and the owner called me and said send the broken pair and we will replace them under warranty. It was awesome. I dont know of any place that might offer a grand kids destruction warranty? Oh, did I mention the ease of doing it all from my home computer. They just come in the mail. It's a beautiful thing. Like a said. You won't be disapointed.

I have been buying similar versions of the same eyeglasses, since 2007, from Eyeglassdirect. The quality of construction of your product far exceeds what I experienced with another online site. I was tempted by a $8 pair of prism corrected glasses at another site. They only lasted two months -- both temples broke and the frame cracked. So, I returned to eyeglassdirect.

The site was easy to use, I love the glasses. I would definitely use the company again. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because I placed my order and waited for the confirmation email to let me know my glasses had shipped. It never came. After a little over a week I called the customer service number and the gentleman that answered the phone must have had my package/order information right there because he knew who I was and said he would pop them in the mail to me. They came shortly after that.
