I've been doing business with Eyeglassdirect.com for several years now. They have consistently delivered quality product and service with a smile at very reasonable prices. They have earned my loyalty, I'll be back!

I busted the arm off. Called up and they said they could handle it and guess what they were right. Only complaint is that the finish of the plastic on the arm of my glasses is damaged, but it had to be done to repair the arm. who am i to complain

I asked for mono vision, which is one clear lens. needless to say it didn't happen. Other than that very easy site to use and very fast. Would use them again but will call.

I have bought three frames from Eyeglassdirect. Their prices were excellent, great products, quick delivery. I needed a replacement frame (I squashed the original, but the lenses were still good). When I called, the person that answered (very short hold time) found the record of the frame, checked their stock, and helped set up the order. I had new glasses in less than a week!

Just one remark: I was not informed of the amount of the tax to pay as a buyer in Europe. It was 50 usd!

I had ordered new lenses for my daughter's old glasses to use as a backup pair. When we received the new lenses, my daughter said they didn't look right. After calling eyeglassdirect.com and talking it over, I realized that our local eyeglass provider had not sent me the most recent prescription. Even though it was my fault that I ordered lenses using an old prescription, eyeglassdirect.com offered to make new lenses using the current prescription for $10 plus shipping. I appreciate their willingness to help me out when the mistake was clearly mine. We were very happy with the new lenses!
