The service has been exceptional, as I learned when attempting to understand an error in the proper refraction of one lens (It was an error in the Rx, NOT the manufacture). The is the 3rd time that I have purchased replacement lenses for my existing eyeglass frames and sunglass frames. I am very satisfied with the replacement lenses that I received for these frames over a period of 4 years.

You will wait a couple of weeks after ordering to get your eyeglasses, but the frames and lenses were exactly as ordered. No problems experienced. I am happy with them.
