The amount of time taken to receive the glasses even though extra money was paid for expedited shipping.

I really like being able to order the glasses online and try them on virtually. Two potential areas of improvement: 1) right after I placed my order, I realized I made a mistake. I was not able to edit or cancel the order at that time. A few days later through email I was able to cancel the order, but it would’ve been more convenient to adjusted at that time. 2) my new glasses are too loose on my head and fall off easily. I think some system to measure the head width would be good and then making the glasses to fit that size. I would think without this option many glasses would be too tight or too loose

Price was very competitive, and it was easy to place the order but the time to actually receive the order was quite lengthy.

Fast and easy

Easy to do. Glasses were delivered a day earlier than its projected delivery date. They fit. I started wearing them and receiving compliments right away! It was so easy to process the request; I talked my sister into ordering a pair electronically too. Overall great experience.

This is my first time trying a prescription glass online. The entire online experience was easy and I am really satisfied with the glasses that were delivered.

They’re not aware of their inventory and cancelled my order after my insurance period ended. Now they say they cannot source the frame although it’s still shown as available in their website. Almost smells like insurance fraud, but this time by the insurance company. Unbelievable.
