I love my glasses

I ordered glasses from Eyeconic. Shipping was a bit slow, but that's fine. When I first tried them on, they felt a little funny but sometimes it takes some time to get used to new glasses. I tried them for two weeks and began experiencing lightheadedness and finally full on vertigo. Scariest experience of my life. I realized it was the glasses. I reached out to Eyeconic, and they told me to reach out to the prescriber. I did, went back, they reevaluated and said the prescription seemed fine but they could try a few minor tweaks. I sent the updated prescription to Eyeconic and sent the glasses back. I also scheduled an ENT appointment for myself to make sure the vertigo was not due to any inner ear disturbances, and they cleared me as well. I finally received the new glasses and could tell almost at once that they still had the same issue. It's hard to explain but it's almost like there's a shimmer and a distortion. They make me nauseous almost immediately. I have ordered many glasses from online retailers before and never experienced this. I reached out to Eyeconic and they informed me that it was now too late to return them - all because I followed their advise to double check the prescription. So now I am out over $100 for a pair of glasses that I will never wear - AND I still need new glasses! I am so frustrated and disappointed. I will never purchase glasses from Eyeconic again.

Great frames and lensework to not physically be there with a dr but get these results is really impressive.
