The virtual try on worked very well and was accurate to how me glasses looked in real life. The frames were even more fabulous in person than online. The entire process was so easy. Really loved that my insurance was already applied while I was shopping so I knew my real price.

My new glasses seem to be well made, my progressive lens is ok, I guess I need to get use to it. The frame is so light and for me who hate to wear glasses is working out well. I do want to know how I get service in my town if and when I need for frame adjustments for example.

I was happy with the experience. It was easy and I received the glasses quickly. I wish there was a better way to know the size of the glasses. I have a large head and would like to shop larger glasses. I took a chance on the glasses I ordered. Maybe the customer could order 3 different frames for a try on and then send the frames back. I will order from Eyeconic again. I might research the frames differently.

Your website is very difficult to use. Buttons just don't work doesn't matter how many times we click them. There's something wrong. I have mentioned this before. Please fix it. You will lose business because it takes 10x the time to get any order input
