Contacts shipped one day shy of two weeks ago. And I still haven't received them! Basic shipping from their location to mine is two days, not two weeks. Time to spend a few more dollars and just ship UPS, FedEx or USPS eyeconic. Very disappointed with this company. I am a returning customer. But I won't be after this debacle! Do yourself a favor and find a different company that actually cares if packages get to their customers in a timely manner.

Two things - the first pair went to the wrong address and then the quality of my progressives is not good at all. I cannot wear them and had to get new pairs made from Glasses USA

I can add me and my families incurable and see the discounted price and Eligibility. They provided the tracking details as soon as order was shipped and order was shipped before the promise date on the website. Glasses I received were in nice and safe packing. Lenses are of superb quality and I was amazed to find out that I can go to any partner optical shop to get the free frame adjustment. Very well thought through process. They have solve all the problems customer may have when buying eyeglasses from online store. JOB VERY WELL DONE. THANKS

Great customer service and I received my glasses way before they were expected to arrive. This is the 3rd time I have ordered glasses from Eyeconic and I am very pleased with everything. Prices are great and with insurance, even better. Their website makes the whole process easy.
