I appreciate the efficiency of your service and the fact that we were able to get our prescription sent over to you and have the contacts delivered with the confidence that the order was placed correctly and arrived very quickly.

Horrible I ordered my glasses and hated them, then they let me EXCHANGE then I got another pair that was over $100 less and will not refund the difference, and I still hate them I got progressive lense and the reading part is not there..or not correct I can only see far off in them, and now I am stuck paying $500 for some glasses I can not use...I WILL NEVER DO THIS AGAIN..ordering glasses online is only for sunglasses.

The whole process worked very well and I am pleased with the look and feel of the glasses. I am a little uncertain about the near vision but perhaps my eyes are still adjusting.

Received glasses and noticed what I thought were scratches. Returned them under warranty and replacements were worse. There are 4 different etchings in the field of vision that cause severe headaches. They refuse to remake them, despite the first pair not having these markings, and says I must need custom glasses. I’ve had the same rx for 20+ years and probably 10-12 pairs of glasses from other vendors and not one single pair caused headaches or had my prescription written in the lenses in 4 places. Will contact my vision benefits company to file formal complaint because this is unacceptable and now I have no glasses benefits for a year & these are worthless. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Ordered contacts and the wrong ones came, I called customer service and they admitted wrong ones sent. Here’s the problem! I needed for a trip, day I was leaving I called and they could send the right contact until I dropped off at UPS. I explained I’m heading out for a trip and had no time. It was their mistake they should of said I’ll send ASAP! And then wait for the wrong shipment back! There mistake they could wait if it didn’t get back then bill me because that would if been my mistake. My feeling is not great customer service! She should of got a manager to work this out!

The system isn’t as easy to use as some of the other online providers. I expected my enhanced insurance to fully cover my glasses when ordering online. The amount that wasn’t covered is about the same as ordering full price lenses making me feel that this is basically a scam to sell insurance covering an enormous markup. Limited lens replacement protection. This is standard at many providers online. My left eye is small and blind and I couldn’t specify my left and right PD (which are different).

My glasses are loose & I’ll need to get them adjusted. But the company Eye-conic accommodated my request. I can see with the updated prescription they provided..

Easy and fast process!
