I ordered a pair of glasses through eyeconic then broke them a few months later. I was really upset it was my 4th pair in 1 year. They helped get me a quick replacement. 10⭐️ idk about all the bad reviews seems like people who ordered glasses they didn't like. Try something on in person before buying. I'm super picky

Do not buy from this company. They sell Temu quality shades that have the quality and feel of a childs toy from the gas station. They will completely ignore you if you request a refund for their poor product both via email and on their actual chat on their site. After ignoring you, they will advise that they can no longer process your refund request. You will have to report the trans action to your financial institution.

Don’t buy glasses online. These are the worst quality glasses ever. One ear piece is twisted. The lenses are lose. The lenses are blurry. I will never buy glasses online again.

UPDATE AFTER THIS REVIEW PUBLISHED; I received an email back from Eyeconic letting me know that I will receive an email from UPS with a return shipping label and once I return the item to UPS they will refund me in 24 to 48 hours. I purchased a pair of prescription Ray-Ban transitional glasses through them and unfortunately the transition does not get as dark as it should direct sunlight. I reached out to the company to inform them and they told me to give it some time I sent them a photo and they said that is how dark glasses should be inside of vehicle, but I just sat in the vehicle after being out in the sun all day. The glasses only transition dark enough as if I were in a vehicle in direct sunlight and outside of direct sunlight .I asked if I could return these glasses because I was unhappy with them and they told me that I would’ve had to mail them back in 30 days. I do not recommend them and I will be contacting my insurance company.

My contacts are useless!!!! They make my eyes blurry after wearing them for almost an hour after and when they are on they are super uncomfortable like they feel as is they are on the wrong way however the are not. I informed the company and they refuse to exchange them or give my money back. My prescription is correct and I've never ever had an issue with contacts before purchasing from this ridiculous company. I've worn contacts my entire adult life so I know how they should feel and fit.

Not really free exchanges as advertised. The virtual Try-on tool and frame selection filters didn't work very well, ordered two pairs of glasses and neither were a great fit. Initiated an exchange for one pair and found out the new glasses would have to be less then the original pair and eyeconic wouldn't be refunding the difference. They didnt have any other womens sunglass frames that were the exact same price. Decided to not even bother with the second pair. Going back to buying glasses in-store from now on.

Has been getting our glasses from them for the past 4 years, but the last transaction put me at odds with this company. We have always purchased our Rx glasses from the office for our eyes care thru the Optical Department at the Dr. Office.. Received my Rx glasses in March of 2024, it lasted about 2.5 month then fell apart, requested a warranty replacement from Eyeconic and sent them the requested photos that they ask for, to my amazement was told it will take week for them to evaluate and make a decision, problems is that I need my glasses, instead of expediting a new pair of Rx glasses they want me to sent it back for repairs, that would took another couple more weeks or longer without glasses.. seem their priority is not in the right place.. I canceled the warranty request and purchased one from Dr office where I my Rx prescriptions.. at least if the glasses broke they will give me a temporary loaner and or replace it on sites. Never again getting my Rx from mail ordered.

Not worth the savings. Originally ordered Feb 28th AND STILL DON'T HAVE GLASSES THAT WORK (it's May 14th), DON'T HAVE MY REFUND, and THEY USED MY INSURANCE BENEFITS AND HAVE NOT GIVEN THEM BACK! Ordered because recommended by VSP. Glasses arrive Mar 18. Vision worse with these glasses. Went back to dr to check lenses. She adjusted prescription but found segment line was wrong! Order form does not ask for segment line! Her optical shop verified the segment line (ordered exact same frame I bought from them last year). Got return authorization. Sent glasses back. Waited for new glasses. Guess what - segment line was still wrong in new glasses. Unusable. Customer service wanted me to go back to my dr and then order another remake, but said I only had a few days left on the guarantee to return for a refund. Sorry, not going through this again. Had to argue for a refund. Sent them back immediately (April 10th). Called after a week with confirmation of delivery to check on refund. Told it would take a month. Guess what - no refund, no return of my insurance benefits. And no updated glasses! Terrible. Save yourself the trouble. Don't order from here.
