The manager I spoke with was very informal she definitely new her stuff & actually got me to purchase an amazing product that I never though I would leave with that day.

Your shipping was legitimately ninja-quick. I was amazed to come home only two days after the order to find my hat in the mailbox. My only disappointment is a shared one. The FlexFit operator hat I purchased arrived and was the size I ordered, but for the past 15 years that I have been wearing their caps, I have been accustomed to their operator hats being a low crown, unconstructed front affair. This one is a standard crown, semi-constructed - which is not really what I was hoping for. I am sure that was detailed in the finer print that I missed - bad on me. Additionally, the hat isn't really black like my old ones, but rather a rather weird very dark green/blue. I think when it fades, it will be quite odd.

Very helpful and fast and easy responses! Thank you so much
