I would appreciate free returns on at least your clothing/footwear items. Other than that, I'd rather by from you guys than from Amazon..without that I'd go with Amazon most every other time.

ordered a kestrel from them, 2 weeks nothing, no call or email, once I called them got it resolved and they were very helpful and sorry about mix up. Would use them again

Well, I’m sure this is a good company. Unfortunately you send me this “rate us” email before I even receive my products. Which were in stock. Still don’t have the products and waiting. Been approx 3 weeks.

Great prices, slow shipping, poor communication, good customer service

Website need to be updated with stock as I ordered nfs boot and they were out of stock and had to change my mind.

Everything was good. Except the delivery cost, I think $150 is very rich for delivery of 3 boots in one box to Sydney Australia

there was no picture of the box, so the footbed product I received was an older moedel and not of same quality as current models. Also, the website had no way to directly say there was only One left.

Just a little pricey. Customer service was just fine. I’d even say it was great.
