slow shipping time.

Hi Ruben, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Orders that ship free go the most economic way and unfortunately when packages leave our facility we have no way of controlling the delivery time. We were a day behind with Black Friday shipments and for that we do apologize. -Extreme Outfitters

It took two weeks to receive my order. Extreme Outfitters provides no shipping or status updates on orders. One must email to find out if the order has shipped, or is in transit. They were two weeks past their estimated / quoted delivery date.

Kyle, The order you placed on Friday November 23rd, was shipped the following Monday November 26th. Our system automatically sends emails with tracking information when your order ships. Your package was delivered seven days later, on December 3rd. We do not quote shipping times, and orders that ship free go the most economical way. -Extreme Outfitters

Still yet to receive item. I have emailed Extreme Outfitters and my concerns were acknowledged straight away. I feel this is more a delivery issue.

Ordered a pair of boots that were backordered for 3-4 months. My credit card was compromised so when they tried to charge and ship my order it would not go through using the old information. They ended up giving my boots to someone else instead of calling me and getting the correct information.
