You have a customer service line that never answers calls.
You have a customer service line that is never reachable. I called at 8:32 in the am and it said your were still out of the office. It did take a while for you to call me back. But I now understand your call que process. The issue is now resolved and I am satisfied. Thank you for the cooperation.

Our phone system uses a callback queue so our team can give each customer the time and attention their issue requires, but we understand that process may not always be clear at first.
