I would give zero stars if it were an option. For weeks I have been on the phone with them multiple times a day about getting a prescription filled and they give me different information each time. They must have no documentation on their side because they constantly ask for communication from my doctors or pre-authorization forms that have been sent and communicated multiple times. I can't imagine a company being worse at what they do. An absolute joke of a company.

Would give a zero if I could. Medicine lost in the mail and now my husband has to go without until THEY work it out. Worst customer service. Would definitely not recommend them. Previous refills had issues too and of course customer service was the worst.

This is the absolute worst company! It is horrible. You can't reach anyone all their numbers go to a number not working! If your company chooses Express Scripts or ever north get ready because you are going to hate them! Also, if your company switches to Express Scripts/Evernorth it means they're dumping down your insurance plan and they do not care about you!

So many things went wrong on so many levels with the Express Script experience. First, the automated service is unhelpful and persistently annoying. I am sure it is capable of rudimentary tasks but anything involving real decision making is beyond it's capacity. The problem is it takes numerous requests to reach a live rep. Second, you will be transferred as many as 3 times to resolve an issue. This involves waiting on "hold" with each transfer. Third, I can honestly say the majority of service reps were courteous. However, I have experienced rude and condescending exchanges especially with the GLP division. Save yourself the frustration and agitation and do not use Express Script services.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever went through with my insurance I only did it because it was cheaper for a 3 month supply of my insulin!!! It takes forever to even try and get someone on to speak with!! My medications basically save my life I'm out of my insulin and my GPL 1 ( Ozempic ) customer service is absolutely horrible and has absolutely no idea what they are doing I called them from Monday of last week till today! My pills was supposed to be delivered today and nope that didn't happen either and god knows when my insulin and Ozempic will be here!!! Remind you they are suppose to be cold!!! Don't recommend to anyone at all! Cheap or not!!

Nothing express about this. Tried to switch my prescriptions over to mail order. One has been “processing” for over a week. The other was allegedly shipped a few days ago with zero reliable tracking. Wish I’d read any of these reviews before working with this excuse of a company. Don’t do it.

I called seven times recently when a medication I need was on back order and I had not been informed. Each customer service agent did not give me accurate information. Few spoke English. I had to repeat myself over and over, yet they could not understand. In the end, despite my being proactive, I ran out of medication. I even asked that I switch to local pharmacy instead, at which point I was told my medication would arrive to my home the very next day. The next day…it still had not even shipped yet. I spent hours and hours trying to get this squared away. It was a waste of time and I never got my medication. I’d rather pay 3-4x as much and do business locally.

It’s all bots and call centers with Express Scripts, they used to have fast reliable representatives, fairly reflexive response times. Now it’s all automation, you call in and you have a bot asking what you are calling about, when you try to state something not on the list it goes into a loop, when you ask for a representative, it then wants a litany of information, and then you wait on hold for 11 mins to speak to a representative. When you speak to the rep they’re in a call center, english is not their first language and it’s difficult to understand or communicate with them. I was transferred to a Pharmacist who was going to coach me on withdrawl syndromes! I was like wha??????? I need you to fulfill my meds in a faster manner, ie Express! Then I asked to speak to a manager who then listened to my complaint and then identified ways I missed their sporadic status emails. Not even offering any apology and not offering any remedy. Forget them!
