I'm assistant to Michelle Reist and on her behalf was following up on status of her passport. Jacob happened to pick up the phone first time I called. He was very friendly and responsible and respectful. He did what he said would do and fianlly Michelle got her passport at the time she needed it. Thank you so much

I had my doubts at first, thinking that it was scam, but I was really desperate. I had a ticket but no passport. Not only did I get my passport in time, but they got it to me through a winter storm advisory. I was really worried that I wasn't going to make my flight, so I called everyday. They were totally patient with me. They are also the most cost efficient ("cheaper") than the competitors. They are RIGHT ON TIME!!!!!!

I was originally really nervous about using a website to expedite my passport but I had such a great experience with this site I recommended it to all of my friends! From the minute I signed up I was assigned an agent who was able to answer any of my thousands of questions basically 24/7. And because I am a procrastinator I went from having it shipped 3-5 days to me to having it literally shipped to me overnight and it was delivered right before I got on my flight. They were able to work with me and explain the process I was going through step by step. I would recommend this site if you need a passport quick, and you want a trust worthy site!

To clarify my rating. Would have given a 4-5 star should the comunication be better I had to scramble and renew my sons passport for a trip to Mexico. 3 weeks before the trip. Passports arrived one calendar week after I send the paper work via overnight label provided by Express Passport. My first complaint would be the fact that they have a disclaimer that states no refunds under no circumstance with the exception of the shipping cost ??!! Who does that in the us market ---this is a two thumbs down Second complaint ---lack of comunication / response very late at times and sometimes no response Third, when I finally got a hold of someone in the office I gotten the feeling they were anoyed with me and my questions--NOTE to Express Passport; I am the customer and altough I might not be always right listen to my concerns please , its because of me you are in bussiness (!) The clients are in urgent need of pasports ( hence your name too) so its important to keep them updated for their sanity With all that said, they delivered within the days stated , even faster-4 **** for that The bad part was (government -passport agency) altough Express Passport had informed me that the passports will be on their way the next day ....there was no record of them being completed by the DOD (!!!) fine work keeping track US Agency. Next time --- Check passports in time and save alot of $$$ time and stress!

I misplaced my passport 2 weeks before traveling. Marion at Express Passport was extremely helpful, kept me apprised of the status. My passport arrived in plenty of time. I highly recommend Express Passport.

I was impressed with the fast and easy service. I received my new passport in less than 2 weeks. It was very helpful to receive instructions from the agent via e-mail. The only problem I had was that I found I was unable to correct an error on the form and had to go back and start from the beginning. There did not seem to be a way to backtrack. A couple of times I entered something incorrectly and had to start all over again. Other than that, the whole thing went very smoothly

I just cancelled my outbound trip to Cancun (for work), thanks to Melissa and Express Passports. I paid for 8-10 day service, it's now been 12. There was a glitch with my check at the Houston Passport office, which we fixed in plenty of time for it to be handled and sent...I have not had messages and calls returned in three days. Imagine my surprise when I went to track my order and was informed that it was suspended. Not a happy camper, will never use this company again and will make sure to let folks know how poorly I have been treated.

I needed a passport in three business days. I signed up and paid for the 24-hour Renewal Service. On Monday I shipped everything to them using their FedEx label and confirmed with them that it was en route. I was told by my account rep that I would have it in hand on Wednesday. On Tuesday and Wednesday I got automatic updates stating that my materials were received. I was confused why I would get that on Wed. when it should have already been in the mail Tuesday afternoon to arrive on time. When I called I was told that it would not arrive on Wednesday, but on Thursday - the day my trip started. That was not going to work. The reason for the delay: weather delayed FedEx's deliveries on Tuesday. I tracked my delivery on the a.m. label they provided. It arrived Tuesday at 9:05 AM. FedEx was supposed to deliver between 8 and 10. What is the problem?? When I called back, I was told that because FedEx did not deliver my package at exactly 8:00 AM that it caused a full day delay. What? That is a pretty tight window to base your entire product on. They did up my delivery to early morning delivery for Thursday and it arrived at 8:06 AM but I had already cancelled my travel plans the night before. Very expensive fee for what really amounted to 2-day service.
