DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE DO NOT ZELLE MONEY I hired a company to move me, and they sent these people instead. They damaged all of my items, forged my signature and still doing the same thing to other people.

I was originally given a lower estimate of $6450 for 1545 cubic feet and when the driver and crew arrived he estimated that it would possibly be $1,000 more based on side of goods and then they loaded up the truck and said it will cost $9250 for 2400 cubic feet and that is what I have to pay, no exceptions. I was not given a heads up that it would go over that much nor was I given the opportunity to look at truck and see how much cubic feet my goods actually took up. When my furnature was delivered, I made sure to look inside truck to see how many cubic feet my furnature acutally took up and when I looked in the truck the number on the top of the ceiling next to where my furniture ended was around 1750. To make matters worse, the driver that delivered our furniture was so unfriendly and he just hired a bunch of people off of craigslist to help move the furniture into the house. They didnt seem to have moving experience and the driver was not good at wanting to put together our bed and other items that were taken apart, which was suppose to be included in the price. I was just told he has other places to be and it was rushed and not great to work with. When I complained to owner of the Express Movers Services I was told that the driver wasn't even licensed properly to deliver my goods and that they would not be working with him anymore. I was offered no compensation or a chance to review the issues that I brought up. I was simply told that I was wrong. I am just so upset about this entire experience and how unprofessional it was. Please make sure to do you research when hiring a moving company or working with a mover broker who may be working with specifc moving companies.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! THEY QUOTED US A PRICE FOR 59 ITEMS. UPON ARRIVAL THEY TOLD US WE NEEDED TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL AMOUNT TO HAVE ALL ITEMS MOVED. WE PAID THE ADDITIONAL MONEY. ALL OF THE ITEMS WERE NOT MOVED AND THE DRIVER LEFT AND DIDNT TELL US THEY WERE LEAVING. WHEN I CALLED THEM TO SEE WHERE THEY WERE AND ABOUT THEY OTHER ITEMS THEY TOLD ME IF I PAID THEM $1000 THEY WOULD COME BACK AND PICK UP THE ITEMS THEY LEFT. WHEN I CALLED THE OFFICE TO MAKE A COMPLAINT I SPOKE WITH MITCH, CARL ,DANIEL AND ARIEL AND THEY STATED ITS APART OF THE BUSINESS AND I NEED TO UNDERSTAND IT. SO I NOW HAVE TO FIND A WAY TO GET MY ITEMS FROM NY TO FL..

Please don't go for this packers and movers. They are the worst in service. I used packers & movers to relocate from PA to NJ in June 2024. Even after estimation through the video call, on the day of relocation a guy called Moses came with 4 spanish people and started telling household items are too much and you need pay $1000 more. Finally I agreed for $550 and accepted for moving as I was helpless. Later after moving to NJ I asked for the bill. But they were not ready to give the original bill and they took all our belongings. Next day in the afternoon after calling many times they came up with a bill and delivered the things. These people are not good for business, please stay away from them.

I originally dealt with American Movers who sent Express Movers to pick up. Upon arrival the movers repacked boxes and dismantled items and was very reassuring that all items would be delivered and handled with care. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I can't begin to tell you what condition the boxes were in most of them crushed. My items were broken, damaged and many items were lost. I would not recommend using this moving company

Let me start my review off as a warning to future customers. I hope that this review will help the next person to make the right decision and NOT HIRE this company!! I know for a fact that your bank account and your mental well-being will definitely thank you for it. My wife and I hired Bronze Star movers who outsourced us to the trucking/moving company known as Express Services to handle our move NY to FL. My experience as a manager in the service industry where I understand that the customer is not always right but they are still your customer and should be treated with respect and dignity. That is not the case here with this company. The original price they provided was not the price they charged which is understandable, sometime prices change due to many factors. Secondly, we had to pay them in cash which is something I never heard of which was over 10k. Upon the pick up of our items I had to run out to get gift cards to pay them or they would not load the truck. Fast forward to today my wife and I were under the expression that we had paid in full. When the truck arrived, we were told we still had a balance due which I very calmly explained to them that to my knowledge that was not the case. When the driver Abu who is amazing by the way reached out to the owner Anthony who was on speaker phone called me a piece of s*** and a lair, which is totally uncalled for. If there was a miss communication over the balance my wife and I would have no problem correcting the situation which we did. Lastly we finally got our stuff off of the truck and into our storage unit. I’m not big on writing reviews but in this case I want anyone looking to hire this company to definitely look elsewhere where, even if I cost a few extra dollars. It would definitely be in your best interest to do so. I hope that this review will help the next person to make the right decision and NOT HIRE them because your bank account and your mental well being will definitely thank you for it.

I am in the military and needed weight slips to be paid when I PCS. I've stated this everytime I talked to someone. I told the pick up people and the delivery guys. They said that's customer service who does that. I was quoted way off and now may have to pay 15k out of pocket because i cant get weight tickets that i paid $100 for. They said they would take good care of my antique hutches. All 3 were scratched and two were cracked and broke. I have tryed for 2 weeks to contact people and no one will call me back. I was told by Nick he would be there every step of my move and once I paid the 3k up front he stopped helping and just sent preloaded txt for a customer service that you can't leave messages with. This is the worst most corrupt lieing company I've ever dealt with. Do not trust them and the fine print they do not explain what the legal jargon means.

MUST READ !!!!!! LIARS Anthony and Moshee Very bad experience, the quote was $1500, they charged me $3900 and damaged all of my glass valuable items. Broke both legs of my vanity set and cracked the glass. Cracked the glass of my glass night stand. Cracked the glass of my side table Broke my custom wood tray Broke my wood bed Total cracked the screen of my new 55” TV Anthony agreed to pay for damaging the vanity and TV, he asked for quotes. I got quotes from the companies then he tried to offer $400. Anthony had me sign papers stating that he will fill it out later and my items will be fully covered. When i saw that my items were damaged, i cried like a baby, and called Anthony. Anthony said he would make it right and replace or fix the damaged items. WELL!!! he's such a liar, he told me since my glass vanity leg was already loose that's the reason the glass was broken. He told me to take the $73 and they would give me the rest of the money to replace the broken items but when it was time for him to do it, he didn't and started ignoring my text and calls. I tried to get my items replaced for over a month, from 5/6 to 6/11, now i have to file a complaint in the superior court of NJ and post reviews. They are liars. Trust nothing they say. I will let the Judge decide. I have photos, videos and text message and a police report. Read their reviews, check the complaints with BBB and DOT. Don’t let them get you with the fake video from moving Mike Tyson and other celebrities. Lies lies
