Do not trust these thieves. Buy new furniture or rent a uhaul before handing over your items to these people. I heard Netflix is doing a documentary about moving scam companies like this. Hopefully they will be featured.

Hey Ashley smith . It’s unfortunate you had this experience. But you’re putting this review on a wrong company . Or maybe this is all fake *******

This is an absolutely horrible moving company. I filed a moving fraud complaint against them, and everyone else should do the same in an attempt to shut this company down. They did not treat my property with care. The destroyed my property. They were abusive to me and my family during the move. They delivered my property late. And the insurance company they contract with is a scam also. I called to get reimbursed for my property, and the insurance company did not follow up with the movers. The movers hung up on me multiple times and lied about the time frame that I would receive my reimbursement. They also did not actually reimburse me. They deserve zero stars and deserve to be shut down for illegal business practices. Their reply below about the claims department is a lie since I attempted to go through the claims department and got nowhere. I have all of the documentation about the process. ***update to reply: definitely the right company: Express movers services, inc. address: 560 sylvan ave 3160, englewood cliffs, NJ 07632. 888-379-0460. Have documentation to prove it. Absolutely terrible company.

I’m sorry you feel this way but im pretty sure we weren’t late for delivery. Delivery process is up to 21 business from The first available delivery date . And claim department goes by 60 cent per pound per article . I don’t see any of your information to double check if you’re one of our costumer . Call us on Monday and please prove your information. Then we will resolve your experience with us. Thanks Express movers services inc.

Inflated moving costs over initial estimate, lost my stand mixer, were extremely late with delivery.

Sorry for your missing mixer but we did put you in touch with our claims department so you can get Compensated for that item . We are confused on why you are claiming we were late on delivery when we delivered your items within the 21 business days via contact that you signed
