Expert Book PublisherReviews of expertbookpublisher.com

Expert hasn't done anything that I asked. I wanted Facebook ads for my book. They promised ads before the book went live. They produced them but didn't get them to Facebook. The book is live but no one knows because "Expert" either doesn't know how or is to lazy to do it. They have promised phone calls that they don't make and emails they don't send. The only thing they have done when they said they would is take the money.

Elena has been terrific in all aspects of my book promotion. She is very helpful and responds to my calls with great information. We've only just begun and I am very hopeful the future will be profitable.

Olivia took the time to review my edits and continued to revise with me until the project matched my goals.

Olivia is so kind and helpful., She puts my needs first and encourage me in many ways. Very happy to have her on my journey of publishing my book. Really appreciate her very much!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I’ve been dealing with expert book publishers for 2 years now. They have stollen thousands of dollars from me. I paid $500 for 50 copies of my books that I never received. $3500 for a book fair that neither of my books were in. I’ve had constant issues with pages being out of order or problems with the books. They try to force you to put a good review and promise they will fix things. They refuse to give me my money back. I’ve tried to be patient. 2 years. This company is a scam. DO NOT US THEM. 2 books and $15,000 later and it’s been a horrible long experience with so many problems still.

The editing and review, cover and back page, all were excellent! And I love quality paper, so just holding the book is awesome. So far, the web page is turning out fantastic. I published with three other companies and the service EBP offers is great. A few hiccups as I was learning all of the pieces of their process and the incremental cost for each one. Overall, Frank and Travis have been great to work with. Do check them out before you decide. I think you'll like their thorough planning and attention to detail.

Nathan and the Expert Publishing team were a pleasure to work with. He was responsive, patient, and took the time to clearly explain the book publishing process. Their guidance made everything feel much more manageable, and I truly appreciated the support throughout.

The book isn't published yet, but working with Kimberly Castillo and Daniel Foster has been excellent and we are actually ahead of schedule. I work most closely with Kimberly, who Daniel assigned to produce my book and I am grateful to him for suggesting her, and to her for the tireless work she puts into this. They both have a great understanding of the magnitude of the project. Kimberly's response time to my questions has far exceeded my expectations, and their company has done the best job of editing the work of anyone I have worked with. The patience that they exude in answering the questions I have has been reassuring and I have yet to throw an obstacle their way that they haven't been able to handle and make any adjustments necessary. I appreciate the time that Daniel took to answer questions outside of the publication package I purchased. As I mentioned, the book isn't published yet but is getting formatted. As such, I still am anxious to see the suggested retail pricing, author discounts, and royalties determined. Based on everything so far, they have earned a five star rating from me and they have been a pleasure to work with.
