The editing and review, cover and back page, all were excellent! And I love quality paper, so just holding the book is awesome. So far, the web page is turning out fantastic. I published with three other companies and the service EBP offers is great. A few hiccups as I was learning all of the pieces of their process and the incremental cost for each one. Overall, Frank and Travis have been great to work with. Do check them out before you decide. I think you'll like their thorough planning and attention to detail.

To be totally honest, in the beginning I had at least five supervisors all giving me different data and information. I was so frightened that this was a scam being so unpredictable making promises that did not comply with the following leader in publishing my book. I was promised 25 books and going to Great Britain and that the book would be completed in a month, a couple of weeks and very little accomplished. I did not feel comfortable until Mike took over giving a direction that seemed more logical. Like all of the others Mike was replaced. Then there came, Nathan Constatine. At his time, I was, at an all time low. Then Nathan, stepped up at the batter's home plate. Since all the others struck out, Nathan promised me that he would see my books completed, that they would go to a fair in London, possibly Miami and New York. I am so elated with the work Nathan and his staff have put in, to make my books look professional and mostly punctuation, sentences, paragraphs, capitalization, and all the guide lines to have a incredible books that I so desire people will read, laugh, smile, sorrow, in the end, will feel totally uplifted and motivated. All I request is to allow Nathan to enforce his promise and commitment seeing my books are given a chance to enhance many lives in knowledge, compassion, remorse, humility, jocularity, and sensibility. That description was mainly for my book, "True Stories of the Great Depression and True Stories of World War II." This book (being a History reading, each Chapter contains, a five question, quiz, with answers below the quiz. It also contains five small jokes. This I did as a History teacher to relax my students and told them, if you are feeling tense, forgetful during a test, just turn to "Polad's Funtime Corner," read the jokes and relax, then go back to the test. I could always tell when they read the jokes, by shaking their heads, shrugging their shoulders, smiling, and some wrote down the jokes. My second book, "No One Goes Home a Loser." This book is an uplifting, I hope very humorous, true and false stories, compelling, entertaining, a little remorse, suspenseful, and the best ending any sports book, movie, magazine, could ever imagine. All, because, of, "Unconditional Love." Be grateful that you have such a class act great man working for you. I find him honest, forthright, sincere, and determined to see a customer is treated as a special person." I so look forward when the books are completed and hopefully when distributed, the people will want to read again and again. Thank you, for assisting me in accomplishing something than began more than a half-century. I know you have had experiences of joy to see someone you helped to see their dreams fulfilled. Other than my promised/expected time line from start to finish did not happen, the delays were handled in an acceptable manner. I appreciate how immediate corrections and changes were made when I requested. All staff I dealt with were knowledgeable and helpful. The only thing negative was the infrequency of promised returned phone calls. Once Ms Olivia Jamison came on board the project moved. I cannot thank her enough! Realizing this is a team effort, there are sometimes glitches. Disaster is avoided by displayed leadership of Ms Jamison. One of my regrets is that I was told on 12/10/2025 my writing to book final would take approximately 3 weeks. Here we are over two and a half months.

She has been and is. She's attentive, timely, sincere, helpful, and patient. I appreciate her ability and strategy with my book. I had high expectations with the look and depth of my campaign, and she and her team rose to meet those. I'm very pleased.
