Concerns: Picture Validation and Customization: They informed me that the pictures used in the book needed validation because they were sourced from Google. They asked for additional payment to customize these images or create original ones, but they did not fulfill this promise. Ownership Documentation: I was asked to pay for a legal document to certify my ownership of the book. Despite paying, they failed to provide this document. Platform Publishing Issues: I paid them to ensure the book was published on multiple platforms and even provided them access to my IngramSpark account. However, I have not seen any changes or evidence of progress in this area. Transparency and Accountability: These issues indicate a lack of transparency and follow-through on their part, which has been frustrating.
