Amateur quality book with multiple glaring errors needing correction. They are pleasant to work with but need quality control, and lessons in responsible corporate behavior. Books they printed (sent and billed) were sized 11x8.5, pages unnumbered (despite TOC with reference to page number. No ISBN numbers, publisher name, nor reference to Library of Congress. Very disapponted in almost every aspect of work.

My experience with Expert Book Publisher Arthur Brown as Project Head, and Travis and Joseph as team members, were a great pleasure to work with. Travis took over the project after it was underway, and he picked it up without a seam. Arthur and the others worked with me in a pleasant manner, and always answered my questions. We worked through any problems that presented themselves, and got my manuscript to publication in e-book, paperback and hard cover. I greatly appreciate all the editing and help from the entire team, including the assistance with creating a cover. Then, Travis created a complimentary and effective press release, and got me to the major retail platforms. It was all I could have asked for.
