My engagement with Expat Tax Professionals begun with an email and scheduling a phone call to discuss if my tax preparation needs could be met by services of the company. I followed up with several emails with questions which are promptly responded to after which I decided to work with them. They are definitely professionals through and through, easy to work with and very efficient. Tax preparation is one of the most stressful activities particularly in my case where my tax situation requires gathering and analyzing data from three countries and determining the filing requirements. I'm happy with the service and I certainly will remain a customer.
