exoticase.comReviews of exoticase.com

I am here to warn people that this company is a reseller company of Temu cases. Going to Temu and looking up S24+ cases will reveal the same case from $2 to $4. I could find most if not all cases on Temu on the first-page scroll. Most of the 5-star reviews on here seem to be from 1-time review accounts and some reviews list cases that aren't even sold by Exoticase. Edit: Before the lies start to be thrown by Exoticase, I would like to remind them that they have phone cases listed with other brand watermarks and names listed on their site as their design that are from Temu and Aliexpress. Example: Designed by GKK, DG.Ming, Aioria, AZNS. These are brands that Exoticase has listed on their website but could not even be bothered to photoshop off before trying to sell as their own designs.

Customer service is trash they cancelled my order with out asking me and did not send my money back. They did this because I continuesly kept asking for a tracking # or something so I know when to expect my delivery. I do not recommend this company at all!!!

I am so glad I always read the one-star reviews! I too, felt good about the company being in Canada but after these reviews, my phone doesn't need a case that bad. That's a savings of over $22 for me!

They have an advertising buy 2 and get one free I did get the free one. I will never order from them again. 🖕🏻

Steer clear of this company. I thought because their website said they were in Ontario, CA, it would be ok. I should have done more research. I didn't receive anything more than an order confirmation email. So, after 6 days of nothing, I decided to email or call to find out when it would ship. I received no reply from the email I sent, and the phone number went to some generic voicemail (like a personal generic voicemail). I wanted to cancel the order, but couldn't reach them to do it, so I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. If you are still thinking about trying them, just do yourself a favor and try calling the phone number on their website. Update: Suddenly, after submitting this review, I received a response. The response would have meant something when I tried to get information directly from Exoticase by emailing and calling them. Responding now, after my review, does not improve my faith in this company. I stand by my review. Their communication as a business was extremely disappointing, and nothing has been shipped after 7 days.

Poor poor quality product with very poor returns provided. Is stated on the website so I should've read but wasn't expecting the product to be so poor. The website looks great but don't be fooled. The product is cheap from China and not worth 10% of what they charge. Returns have to be paid for by the customer which is quite expensive considering the returns address is in Canada and I bought in the UK. Would not recommend.

They used a courier that NEVER delivered my item (Fast Horse Express - obviously they need to remove EXPRESS from their name!). I asked for a refund, which they processed. However, I then got an email demanding I remove my prior negative feedback. I consider this a form of blackmail and my original feedback still stands that they use a logistics "solution" that is uncontrolled and out of their hands for their orders, and this is after taking weeks to send my order.

If there was a ZERO star, I would have picked that. First, they send the wrong order, but because of their policy, they cannot accept a return or exchange. So they send a message that if I send $12 for shipping, they will send a replacement. Fine, that’s a compromise…and that’s they send us a piece of junk plastic piece of crap - I ordered the metallic vacuum plated leather MagSafe and got one of those crappy piece of sh!t quality rubber cases that you can get on Temu for $1. Don’t order here…scammers!!!!!!!!!
