UPDATED REVIEW. Immediately emailed company that order was placed fraudulently. Company took care of the issue and gave me refund. Very trustworthy company that handled the issue promptly.

Edit: We received your reply to a shipping confirmation email, which means the package was already shipped. We received further communication regarding returning the case for which we provided you with return instructions. We were then threatened with a chargeback. Nonetheless, even after all this, we still refunded you in full. If you think the order was fraudulent then please check your statements for other fraudulent transactions and also contact your bank in order to block the card and issue you a new one. Hello Trevor, we are sorry about your experience. We did reply to you, letting you know that the package was already shipped and the order couldn't be canceled. We also provided you with return instructions upon receiving the package.

best minimalist cases available
I always search for the best minimalist case when I get a new phone. Recently, I upgraded to the Pixel 10 pro. I had purchased cases from Exoticase before so I pulled up the website. Not only did they have a number of colors including a clear frost model in the ultra thin cases, but they had also added a metal bumper case in black, silver, gray and blue. I ordered one in gray. The case is excellent. It fits perfectly while providing protection in a minimal profile. It is well worth over twice the price. It did take almost two weeks for delivery, but I knew that up front and understood the reasons.

Rare, unbelievable customer service!
Rare, unbelievable customer service! I placed an order for an iPhone case but specified the wrong model iPhone, so it didn't fit. When I went to see about exchanging it, I easily found I could simply reply to the confirmation email for the order. Refreshing because many retailers make it difficult. I received an email back within just a few hours, with an inquiry about the model phone. Once we realized I specified the wrong model, they made it amazingly easy to get the correct model. Speedy, kind, courteous customer service! Exoticase will be getting all of my future phone case & accessory business
